A. Simply, no. We feel that offering both the audits and then selling and installing the products that you'll need is a conflict of interest. We respect the home owners need to know that they are being NOT being taken advantage of. We recommend Edmonton Property Inspectors but you can choose from 4 other licenced companies.

A. No and yes. Unless you are a famous Canadian environment activist you probably have to balance fiscal and ecological responsibility. Our recommendations are based on what is needed to be retrofitted and your budget. The sky is the limit to what can be done, but sometimes even two steps up is high enough.

Q. How Do I know what brands and companies are good for my home in order to qualify for my government rebates?
